Every organization utilizing Allied Arts educational outreach funding must complete and submit an evaluation form within 45 days of project completion.  Without submission of an evaluation, the grantee will not be considered for funding in the next grant cycle. 

If the funded project is year-long in scope or does not end prior to a new funding cycle, an interim report must be submitted prior to submission of a new grant request.
